Powered by Entergy MississippiThese EV Super Chargers were installed by Entergy Mississippi and are owned and operated by Entergy, expanding much-needed electric vehicle infrastructure in the Delta. Once open, the stations will be available to the public, serving both Hotel 27 guests and downtown visitors.
A First for Downtown GreenvilleAs electric vehicles continue to grow in popularity, accessible charging is essential. These chargers position Hotel 27 as a forward-thinking hub for modern travelers while also filling a critical gap in downtown amenities, offering the only public EV charging stations in the downtown area.

The Mulberry Meeting Space at Hotel 27 has recently received a simple facelift with a fresh coat of paint, refreshing a room that holds deep historical significance for Greenville.
Located in a portion of the building dating back to 1883, this room once served as the former Levee Board Building Meeting Room and was considered “Ground Zero” for recovery efforts following the Great Mississippi Flood of 1927. Important decisions made within these walls helped shape the future of the Delta.
Today, the Mulberry Meeting Space is thoughtfully refreshed and available for use by Main Street Greenville members, offering a meaningful setting for meetings and collaboration, where history continues to support progress in downtown Greenville.

What was once a simple exterior wall beneath the portico has been transformed into a vibrant work of art, a floral mural painted by Mississippi artist Gavin Bird that brings color, movement, and creativity to downtown Greenville.

Art in Progress, Art with PurposeThis mural is more than just beautiful. it’s a celebration of public art and community investment. The project was made possible through grant funding from the Mississippi Arts Commission and the National Endowment for the Arts, helping bring high-quality, accessible art into everyday spaces.

Watching the mural come to life has been part of the experience itself. As Gavin Bird’s work progressed, passersby could see layers of color, depth, and detail emerge—turning a routine drive into something a little more inspiring.
A Floral Welcome to Hotel 27Bursting with rich hues and oversized blooms, the mural feels both joyful and intentional. The florals echo themes of growth, renewal, and beauty—fitting symbolism for a downtown property rooted in preservation and revitalization.
