The Mulberry Meeting Space at Hotel 27 has recently received a simple facelift with a fresh coat of paint, refreshing a room that holds deep historical significance for Greenville. Located in a portion of the building dating back to 1883, this room once served as the former Levee Board Building Meeting Room and was considered “Ground Zero” for recovery efforts following the Great Mississippi Flood of 1927. Important decisions made within these walls helped shape the future of the Delta. Today, the Mulberry Meeting Space is thoughtfully refreshed and available for use by Main Street Greenville members, offering a meaningful setting for meetings and collaboration, where history continues to support progress in downtown Greenville.
