What was once a simple exterior wall beneath the portico has been transformed into a vibrant work of art, a floral mural painted by Mississippi artist Gavin Bird that brings color, movement, and creativity to downtown Greenville.

The project was made possible through grant funding from the Mississippi Arts Commission and the National Endowment for the Arts, helping bring high-quality, accessible art into everyday spaces.
